This in an interactive class that will introduce listening, empathy and brief counseling theory and skills that will help the caregiver respond to those who are in discomfort, crisis, spiritual distress, or trauma. The learner will also identify five styles of communication that will develop one’s ability to listen with an open heart and respond appropriately.
